We recently had tow doors, French doors and kitchen/lounge windows fitted by your company and we wanted to let you know how pleased with both the product and the service received from Safestyle.

Right from the first call made by your salesman (Ian Peck), through the surveyors' visit (a Mr. C. Weller) to the actual fitting, including contact by your customer service people, everything has been completed beyond our expectations.

We wanted cat flaps fitted in the doors which turned out to be far too small for our rather large cats to negotiate; there was no problem when I rang about this and, within a couple of weeks, new flaps were ordered and an engineer arrived to fit them.

Even the price we paid was a very pleasant surprise; we had been quoted only slightly less by another company for just ONE door!

Apart from one of the fitters being a Manchester United supporter when they'd knocked my team, Arsenal, out of the FA Cup just a few days previously, everything has been absolutely flawless. However, I could forgive him that as they did such a good, clean and quick job.

We will be using Safestyle again should the need arise and will also be recommending you to others.
