My heartfelt thanks for a job very well done!
Just a note to express my sheer delight at having chosen you to replace the windows in my house at the beginning of this year.

I had seen the adverts on the television and radio, and that (couple with very good reports from friends) reinforced my decision to take the plunge and have all the windows and doors replaced at my property.

The salesman (Neil) was prompt, accurate and polite.
He gave me a very good price and his knowledge of your products was excellent. I did not feel under pressure at any time and the advice I was given was sound. The surveyor (Peter Deer) was on time, intelligent and friendly.

The team of two (Jeff and Chris) arrived at 07:15 and did not stop until the job was finished at 17:30. They did not have a break of any kind. They disposed of my old windows and doors, cleaned up thoroughly after them selves, and showed total respect for both me and my property at all times. They were also very accurate and were not satisfied until the job was perfect. At every stage of the game I was given the opportunity to speak with the main office to see if I was happy with the way things were going and find out if I had any complaints at all.

Nothing could have been better in my treatment by your company and for that I would like to thank you very much indeed.

I was told that could receive a £50 token were I to recommend you to anyone. I would not need an incentive to recommend you at all and would do so at any time at all.

I thought I would leave things for a couple of months to see if there were any problems with either after sales or indeed the product itself. All I have had over the last couple of months was praise and admiration from friends and neighbors for a beautiful product and a job very well done indeed.

Would you please convey my sincere thanks and praise to the aforementioned personnel. I will recommend you to anyone I can, and will most certainly chose you people when I want an 'upgrade'!
