Reassuring to a woman of advanced years
Dear Safestyle, I’m writing to say how pleased I am with the new windows your company, Safestyle UK, installed for me in December 2011. The whole operation from start to finish was very professional and seamless.

The initial contact and visit from your salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The salesman was helpful and informative, answering all of my questions simply and honestly. I found this very reassuring as I am of advanced years. Your salesman and office staff were very accommodating, arranging a quick installation before Christmas.

The Surveyor came at the appointed time and was again very reassuring with any queries I had regarding the style and fitting of windows and door to be installed.

Your team of installers arrived promptly on the arranged day and despite the appalling weather did a marvellous job, installing all the windows and two doors in one day. They kept the mess to a minimum and were very concerned about my welfare, ensuring I was warm enough while the old windows were taken out and replaced with the new.

There was a problem with the storm door, but one phone call brought an engineer out promptly who knew immediately what the problem was and how to correct it. He assured me he would return to fix the problem and did so the next day.

I am delighted with the windows, doors and fittings and am already noticing how much quieter my house is. I am sure over the coming months I will notice a difference in my fuel bills. The new windows have made a considerable difference to the appearance of my house and several neighbours and friends have said how nice they look. I have no hesitation recommending your services to anyone, especially as the windows were such fantastic value for money.
