Impressive!
Having booked 3 appointments for quotes, Safestyle was the one I was probably least impressed with at the call centre stage. Found the agent on the phone a little abrasive BUT all I can say is Excellent. The service and presentation received by the representative was, concise and informative without being too long winded. He was courteous and polite and clearly knew his product. Everyone wants to make a sale and this was no exception but at no time did we feel pushed into a decision. The delivery and fitting again was Excellent and I was amazed at the speed they managed to complete the job. The cleaned up each an every area they went into both inside and out. Polite and friendly. I cannot praise the overall experience too highly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
