So far so good
Had the usual sales pitch, but nothing worse than we expected, and price was good. The team of three fitters (the Brown brothers) arrived prompt and did an excellent job on replacing 10 windows, 1 patio door, and three outside doors. The weather was not kind to them but there was no mess anywhere. This has since been followed up to check that we are happy with the installations. We hope that our enthusiasm for the product will continue, as at the time of writing this they have only been in a couple of days. Hope the fitters are informed of positive feedback to keep them motivated. We all need praise when it's due.
