Knowing that our windows and doors were well past their sell by date, it was decided to get 3 quotes and take it from there. A knock on the door by a Safestyle representitive set the ball rolling and it was made clear from the outset that initially the sales person would give a quotation only and not push for a sale that visit.

Martin arrived promptly and did the business with no fuss or pressure and we were impressed with his manner and politeness along with the quote he left us with.

After getting another company to quote for the windows our experince with them was a disaster, rudeness and arrogance was pushed in our face.

We then had a follow up phone call from Safestyle and we requested that we wished to go ahead with their offer. From then on the experience got better and better, Martin came and completed the sale, the surveyor did the necessary and a date for installation was set.

On the due date the fitters arrived from Doncaster and did a complete job, they were polite, friendly and totally professional and on completion left with the minimum of fuss after ensuring that the house and surrounding area was as though no-one had been there.
Safestyle and all staff involved, from start to finish, your professionalism and manners were outstanding and I congratulate you for that.
