I had a few quotes and all say the same as your company regarding the sales pitch. Anyway I decided on your windows due to price and quality, but mainly your staff were all a great help always. After the knock on the door I had a salesman round, then a very good survey a few days later, followed by good communication via phone calls and a letter. The windows came as stated and was fitted very good, in fact an excellent job. I am a tradesman and know a cowboy within minutes of their tools being used, and i have to say the two fitters at our house were outstanding.
I have read all the bad reviews on the net and it did make me think a few times am I doing right, but I have a good mate who used Safestyle years ago and he is happy and his windows are still great. So in the end I took the plunge and 5 hours ago the fitters left our home. Well all I can say is in my experience I can only give you 10 out of 10, and trust me I am keen on with everything I do, so take this as I am more than satisfied. People tend not to write when they have a good job done, some people complain over anything, others try to claim money back as they don't have a lot of money, others have their reasons including some which deserve a claim. But all in all I try to be honest no matter what, and to be truthful I can only say thanks a million and we wish you all the best in your future. Anyone not sure about their windows, it's easy, read your contract, ask any questions as soon as you can, treat people with the respect you expect and your windows will be as grand as ours. But please don't listen to bad points and take it as gospel, just ask the people from Safestyle about Safestyle, then your questions will be answered by them who work there. And remember they want to stay in a job so they will help, we had great help and advice with all concerned. Again THANKS.
