Letter of appreciation
I am writing to inform you of my satisfaction with regard to your company's products and services.

On 27th May 2010, Safestyle UK fitted my new double glazed windows. The initial contact I had with your company was with your door canvasser, named 'Bash'. He was a very helpful and smart looking young man and he kindly arranged for a purchase contract to be completed by Mr. J. A. Christy, within the hour.

True to his word, Mr. Christy arrived shortly afterwards and completed my purchase contract and organised a survey to be carried out. Again, Mr. Christy and Mr. Stullot the surveyor were very smart individuals and had a lovely manner. Throughout the process of ordering my windows, I have been kept informed of all details relating to my requirements by a lovely lady from your administration office, who has spoken clearly at all times and has explained everything to me without any problems.

Finally, the great day of the fitting came (27th May) and yes, another charming man named 'Mark' arrived! He started work at 8am and finished at 5pm. His work is splendid and he ensured that my furniture was protected and that no harm could come to anything, inside or outside of the property at all times. He left no mess at any time.

I would like to record my grateful thanks and appreciation to everyone at your company from the initial stages, to the manufacturing and then the fitting. Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Safestyle UK has made me a very happy person indeed. I am proud to recommend your company to others.
