Great Customer Service!
I've had my windows and doors for over 12 months now and have to say that the aftersales service from Safestyle is excellent. I've had the occassional jamming on the doors, which can happen with new door and window fittings, and one quick call to Safestyle and an engineer is booked to come out within the week. The engineer calls in advance giving an idea of when he will arrive and on both occasions I have had to call out they have come on time and quickly resolved the problems. I would recommend on the basis of the aftersales support being the best I've experienced in the double glazing business.
