throughtout. from the start with the visit of the sales rep we were very impressed with his knowledge and advice which was very useful in terms of helping us to decide what we were looking for.

during the visit from the surveyors they kept us informed throughout, explaining what would happen during the refitting to ensure we were satisfield and understood the procees and even allowing us to make a few adjustments.

from the moment the fitters arrived we were very impressed with the efficiency and teamwork that they provided in improving our home to make it more energy efficient and updating the style. all through the day they were very polite and worked very hard together to ensure that minimal distruption was felt to our daily routine, after everything had been fitted they made sure that both indoor and outdoors area was left in a clean and tidy state. before leaving they explained what they had done and went through all the details of showing us each new window and door locking system.

overall we are very impressed with the value, style, colour and fitting of the windows and the excellent quality of our new front door. we would recommend safestyle to everyone we know and we need to replace our backdoor we will be definetly be coming back to safestyle uk.
