Visit by engineer
I had a problem with my front door handle and window in the living room and had a visit from one of your engineers by the name of Dennis Radcliffe. I found him very pleasant helpful, and he proceeded to carry out the work to rectify the problem. He was very professional at his job, he took great pride in his job, explained what the problems were and he also asked if there was any other problems with any of the other doors and windows that I had installed. This service was 1st class and I would definately recommend anyone to use your services. May I take this oppurtunity to thank Dennis for his help and to your company for an excellent service you provide, and I would also like to say that dennis is a credit to your firm for his manner and courtesy in helping your firm to provide an excellent service many many thanks, and I would not have any hesitation in calling again if i have any more problems.
